A little background about where my love of sci-fi came from.
The year was 1977. The date was May 4th. In a small Texas movie theater a screen darkened and all became quiet. Suddenly one small boys’ world would never be the same. That movie was Star Wars! Ever since, I have been dreaming of the day when I would be able to start my own film studio. Well I am VERY happy to say that day is finally here. Action Hero Robot has arrived. And I am here to tell you we have BIG plans ahead. Our first project is a little known space western called ....Firefly. So stay tuned! You’re in for one heck of a ride!!!

“Firefly, A New Beginning” is a new series based on Joss Whedon's Serenity. Set 10 years before the film, our series tells the story of Malcolm Reynolds' and Angel Guildons’ very first ambitious journeys out into the black. Inspired by Mark Twain's Novel, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer Aboard, we follow the lives of these heroes as they set out into out space for the first time. Soon, Mel gets into hot water and it is up to Angel to save him. Starting Bobbie Christina (Angel), Mattias Marasigan, (as her Brother Keith), and introducing Josh Purdy as Malcolm Reynolds.
